Kronix provides maintenance of housing premises and offices for ENL, and separate urgent construction & repair works, requiring special quality control. Our company performs repairs in such important facilities as Strawberry Hills Housing, ENL housings in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, and on the territory of camps on Sakhalin Island.
The services provided to ENL, Elvary Neftegaz, Starstroi and other companies under the facilities support projects include all services from supplies delivery to repair work. Our company performs cargo transportation, provides skilled workers, cargo handling etc.
Our company is able to provide specialists for individual projects performance and support. For example, IT assistants and projects coordinators were provided to Exxon Neftegas Limited to organize a massive data processing projects, skilled workers were provided at Chayvo for a project with strict requirements, etc.
In 2007 among all the services our company moved all the ENL workstations from different offices to the new Yuzhno Production Office, and all the expatriate families from city apartments to Olympia Housing.

Transportation services are performed with Russian and foreign cargo vehicles approved by safety audit of compliance with Sakhalin-1 and Sakhalin-2 Projects transport safety requirements. Vehicles are serviced by qualified and certified specialists at company’s maintenance base.
The company provides metal procurement and metal wares manufacture under customized drawings and technical assignments since 2003. Metal is procured under long-term partnership agreements with iron and steel works plants (AmurMetall – Komsomolsk-on-Amur, ZSMK – West-Siberian Steelworks, KTMK – Nizhny-Tagil Steelworks etc). Kronix provided complex metal structures for construction of onshore pipelines under the Sakhalin-2 Project, steelworks for construction of LNG plant at Prigorodnoe under the Sakhalin-2 Project, Exxon Neftegas Limited Olympia Housing construction, as well as various metal structures for Fluor Daniel’s, Nippon Steel Nephtegaz Ltd, KC-S, SakhEnergo, Katsev’s Bakery, Sakhalin Coal company, CTSD, Sakhalin Construction, etc.
